L’OR DES CÉVENNES

Tasting description: Body of wine is golden yellow, ruddy glare. Fresh and creamy in mouth, the wine develops aromas of honey, caramel and white chocolate.

Vinification process: A part of the fermentation in barrels.

Vineyard: Deep Marne soil

Grape varieties: Grenache blanc, Roussanne, Clairette

Alcohol: 12.50%

Maturation ability:  up to 5 years 

Winetasting: As an aperitif, with foie gras or chocolate dessert.

 


 

LES COSTES WHITE

Tasting description: With its golden colour, this wine communicates all the exoticism of the Viognier with a large and richness mouth. This feeling is balanced with the mineral touch of the Grenache.

Vinification process: 10% of the fermentation in barrel

Vineyard: Deep Marne soil

Grape varieties: Grenache Blanc, Viognier

Alcohol: 13%

Maturation ability: up to 5 years

Winetasting:  To serve at 14°C. In aperitive, white meat or fish.

 


 

LES COSTES RED

Tasting description: With its lively red tint garnet, this wine is issue of the clayey soils which gives it mineral and cherry touches.

Vineyard: Deep Marne soil

Grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah

Alcohol: 13,5%

Maturation ability: up to 5 years

Winetasting: When it is young, it is perfect with lamb. With age, it can be served with cheese.

 


LES COSTES ROSE

Tasting description: The union of the Grenache and Syrah provides a strong character to the wine. Either on nose or on mouth, this wine discloses freshness with complex aromas. Ensured success!

Vineyard: Sandstone

Grape varieties: Grenache 65%, Syrah 35%

Alcohol: 12,5%

Maturation ability: up to 2 years

Winetasting: Best served at 12°C in aperitive or during a meal.
